Job Satisfaction and Relevant Factors Analysis among Young Staff of Urban Public Transport

The purpose of this study is to offer the psychology basis for drawing up the management solutions of young staff of urban public transport. Relevant investigations in questionnaire forms have been made among young staff of urban public transport with the results showing： their general self-efficacy sense, work stress and satisfaction are in middle level with the sex, working hours, education background and other factors having different impacts.
