汽车部件虚拟装配技术的研究

摘    要:分析阐述了虚拟装配技术的原理和一般过程,给出了虚拟装配的具体设计流程;以汽车轮毂为例进行虚拟装配设计,并对结果进行相应的装配检验,成功地在虚拟环境下完成了对产品的装配设计.

Abstract:The principle and general process of virtual assembly technology are expounded and the specific design flowchart of virtual assembly is presented.A virtual assembly design is conducted on a vehicle wheel hub assembly as an example with the corresponding assembly inspection done on the results,thus the assembly design of product is successfully completed in virtual environment.
