| 摘 要： | 在社会大力提倡提升企业核心竞争力的形势下，高职院校也面临着提高教师核心竞争力的问题。本文提出了高职教师核心竞争力的基本内涵，分析了其在教育教学各个方面的表现及作用，指出了影响教师核心竞争力提高的两个主要障碍及克服障碍的对策。

| Abstract: | With the society putting much emphasis on core competences of enterprises, it is also very essential to improve the core competence of higher vocational teachers. The paper discusses what teachers＇ core competence is, analyzes its influence on teaching and points out two obstacles to the improvement of teachers＇ core competence and the corresponding measures to overcome the obstacles. |
