犬胰腺左叶缺血模型的建立及意义

目的 建立犬胰腺左叶的缺血模型并探讨其意义。方法 解剖犬胰腺，结扎脾动脉近心端，建立犬胰腺左叶的缺血模型，观察术后病理生理、病理变化及并发症的发生情况。结果 实验用12条犬术后存活良好，无严重并发症发生，缺血部位胰腺组织坏死，并被纤维组织修复。结论 犬胰腺体尾部模型容易建立，安全、可靠，对人体晚期胰腺癌的治疗具有指导意义。

Establishment of the ischemic model in the dog's left pancreatic lobe and the significance

Objective To establish an ischemic model in the left lobe of dog's pancrease and to discuss its significance. Methods After the dog's pancrease was dissected and the approximal spleen artery was ligated, the ischemic model was thus established in the left lobe of the dog's pancrease.The pathophysiological and pathological changes and the complications were strictly observed after the operation. Results The 12 dogs in experiment all survived after the operation, and there were no serious complications. Necrosis occurred in the ischemic pancrease, which was soon replaced by the fiber tissue. Conclusion It is not only easy, safe but also reliable to establish an ischemic model in the dog's pancrease, which has provided a direction for the treatment of pancreatic carcinoma in human being at the advanced stage.
