摘    要:为适应我国客运专线高、中速列车混跑的运营要求,提高开行方案的随机鲁棒性,根据图论、概率论和期望值建模的基本思想,构建了符合路网系统运能的旅客列车开行方案的多目标随机期望值规划模型,设计了带有随机模拟的多参数级联遗传算法.算例结果表明:当列车与旅客出行的路径绕行率均为1.4、周期为60 min、列车K-短路参数为3和旅客出行路径K-短路参数为8时,经600代进化后求得满意解,用该算法能够得到满足路网线路通过能力、不同速度的运行线系统运能和路网旅客出行需求等约束条件的开行方案和配流方案,且具有高鲁棒性.
