摘    要:以无伤害的混合唾液浓度—紫外分光技术,通过6名志愿者研究了三种苯妥英钠制剂的人体生物利用度。这些制剂是:包以淀粉薄膜的苯妥英钠粉、普通压制片和糖衣片。此技术是早些时候由我们提出来的。在三种制剂的唾液浓度—时间曲线上以AUC比较其相对生物利用度,方差分析表明三者间无显著差异(P>0.1),结果指出三者是等效的。由於普通压制片生产上经济,故推荐此剂型。

Abstract:The relative bioavailability of three different dosage forms of phenytoin (DPH-Na), namely, amylum coated powder, conventional com- pressed tablets and sugar coated tablets, was studied in six volunteers by a noninvasive technique-UV spectrophotometry of phenytoin concentration in human mixed saliva, which we had developed earlier. The comparison of the bioavailability based on the area under the mixed saliva concentration—time curve of three dosage forms by the analysis of variance showed no significant difference (P>0.1). These results indicate that the three forms are bioequivalentin effect, hut the conventional tablets is recommended since its cost is low.
