| Abstract: | This paper illustrates a " the Belt and Road" railway project to analyze the opportunities and challenges of business development. The methodology is analyzing the economic and market conditions of the host country and combining the current resources and external conditions of the project within the framework of local laws and franchise agreements. In accordance with market principles,this paper studies the operation and development ideas and supporting investment and financing modes,to promote the sustainable development of overseas BOT projects. |
