交错并联Boost PFC电路的技术研究

摘    要:针对传统的单相Boost PFC电路纹波电流大以及谐波污染大的缺点,研究了一种交错并联Boost PFC电路。首先阐述了其工作原理,推断了其电路特性。理论分析表明输出电流纹波小和电压应力比传统Boost PFC电路小。然后在MATLAB/Simulink中进行了建模和仿真。仿真结果表明采用交错并联技术不但可以实现功率因数校正,而且可以有效地降低开关器件输入电压和电流应力,以及有效降低纹波电流,提高电路的功率因数。

Abstract:Aiming at the traditional single-phase Boost PFC circuit’s disadvantages of high ripple current and high harmonic pollution,a staggered parallelled Boost PFC circuits is studied.First its working principle is expounded and the circuit’s characteristics are deduced.The theoretical analysises show that the output current ripple and the voltage stress of the new circuits are smaller than those of the traditional Boost PFC circuit.Then,the modeling and simulation by MATLAB/Simulink of the circuits are introduced.The simulation results show that the interleaved parallel technology can not only achieve realizes correction of the power factor correction,effectively reduces the input voltage and current stress of switching devices,the ripple current,and improve the power factor of the circuit.
