铁路TBM台班组成研究分析

摘    要:掘进机(TBM)作为一种隧道特大型施工装备,愈发广泛的出现在我国铁路建设领域。为弥补目前铁路工程造价标准中有关TBM基价依据的空白,本文依托现行铁路工程造价标准体系,通过分析TBM特点给出了TBM台班费用组成,并结合高黎贡山隧道TBM和部分其他工程TBM资料计算了直径10mTBM台班各项费用组成,得到了直径10mTBM台班费用定额。为铁路建设项目合理确定TBM台班费用提供了参考。

Abstract:Tunnel Boring Machine( TBM),as a super-large construction equipment,has been widely used in China railway construction. To fill in vacancy in the TBM valuation basis,this paper is based on current expense standard systems of railway engineering to analyze the TBM features and the composition of machinery cost. With the combination of TBM data of Gaoligong mountain tunnels and other portion projects,the composition of machinery cost in 10 m-dia TBM is calculated and concludes the machinery expense quota,which will be evaluated for reasonable affirmatory TBM machinery cost in railway fabrication projects.
