高原铁路施工降效研究概述

摘    要:高原地区铁路规划建设是我国铁路总体规划的重要组成。高原铁路施工受高海拔、低含氧量、气候干燥等因素影响,现场施工作业的人工、机械效率与平原地区相比存在较大的差异性。本文分析了高原铁路施工的环境特点,梳理了现有研究成果,对比了不同行业造价标准规定,建议高原铁路施工降效研究应充分考虑不同专业施工人工、不同类型施工机械实际降效的差异性,并结合现场实际测定数据按每增加500m划分海拔高度,合理确定人工和机械的降效幅度。

Abstract:Railway planning and construction in plateau region is an important part of China railway master plan.Due to the influence factors,such as high altitude,low oxygen content and dryness,the manual and mechanical efficiency of field construction is significant different from that of plain area. By analyzing the environmental characteristics of plateau railway construction,reviewing the existing research achievements and comparing the cost standards in different industries,this paper proposes that the study on efficiency decrease of plateau railway construction should base on the diversity of actual manual and mechanical efficiency decrease in different majors. The actual manual and mechanical efficiency decrease should be divided by per 500 meters above sea level so as to determine the manual and mechanical efficiency range reasonably.
