从铁路隧道工程施工质量验收标准谈施工质量控制

国家铁路局发布了2018版铁路隧道工程施工质量系列验收标准,从验收单元划分、验收程序和组织、验收内容和要求等方面进行了全面修订,突出了混凝土、锚杆等原材料的进场检验,加强了初期支护、二次衬砌等隐蔽工程的质量检查,做实了关键工序的质量把控,为铁路隧道工程建设划出了"质量红线"。本文从2018版铁路隧道工程施工质量验收标准主要修订内容、技术特点入手,浅谈铁路隧道施工质量控制,以期对使用者有所帮助。

Discussion on Standard for Construction Quality Acceptance of Railway Tunnel Engineering

The National Railway Administration of the People’s Republic of China has carried out the Standard for Construction Quality Acceptance of Railway Tunnel Engineering issued in 2018,which completed the comprehensive revision from acceptance unit division,acceptance process and organization,acceptance content and requirement etc. This standard highlights the entrance inspection of concrete,bolt and other raw materials. The quality inspection of concealed works,such as initial support and secondary lining,are strengthened to implement the control of key procedure,which makes the‘red line’of railway tunnel engineering construction. This paper take the main revisions and technical features of the Standard for Construction Quality Acceptance of Railway Tunnel Engineering issued in 2018 as the point of departure,discussing the construction quality control of railway tunnel engineering to help the users.
