| 摘 要： | 目的测定非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者呼出气冷凝液(EBC)中内皮素-1(ET-1)并研究其临床意义。方法按既定标准收集41例NSCLC病例(NSCLC组)及45例正常对照(正常对照组)的EBC并同时抽血分离血清,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定其ET-1含量。结果 NSCLC组EBC和血清的ET-1(10.35±0.23)pg/mL、(79.62±0.25)pg/mL]显著高于正常对照组(8.30±0.16)pg/mL、(68.21±0.35)pg/mL],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NSCLC腺癌组EBC的ET-1为(11.05±0.31)pg/mL,鳞癌组为(9.61±0.25)pg/mL。随TNM分期,NSCLC组Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期EBC的ET-1分别为(8.61±0.18)、(9.98±0.21)、(11.53±0.36)pg/mL,Ⅱ期与Ⅳ期有统计学差异(P<0.05)。检测EBC中ET-1作为NSCLC诊断方法的敏感性和特异性为95.12%和53.33%。结论测定EBC中ET-1有助于NSCLC的诊断和评估预后。
