| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the characteristics and difference of gross cost contract and net cost contract, studied the impact factors which should be focus on during the modes selecting, and proposed many improvement suggestions on the fault in the gross cost contact. Provide some guidance for urban public transit franchises. |
