摘    要:以水泥混凝土路面板为研究对象,应用有限元软件MSC.PATRAN将其模拟为四边简支矩形板模型,并对其进行实体单元划分,模拟了不同板下支撑方式(边界条件)下实际路面中发生较频繁的各类脱空状况,进行有限元分析,在实验室制作相对应的各类脱空模型板,采用多点激励单点采集方式进行模态试验,由定量化激振器进行激励,加速度传感器采集在同等激励下的响应。通过对有限元分析及室内试验结果分析可知:应用曲率模态方法可以对水泥混凝土路面板脱空边界进行识别,确定脱空范围,但要实现精确识别区域需要加密测点,在实际应用中有待进一步优化。

Abstract:Square plates model of cement concrete pavement plates with four fixed edges is established by using finite element software MSC.PATRAN.Variant void states of the cement concrete pavement plates are simulated with different foundation(boundary condition)for finite element analysis.Different void cement concrete pavement plates is made in laboratory.The modal test adopting multi-support excitations and simple-support acquiring method is conducted.Excitation comes from quantitative vibration exciter and the acceleration transducer acquires the response under the same excitation.It is concluded that the void boundary can be identified by the curvature mode method and the void area can be obtained.The shortage is that the accurate determination needs much more measuring points,so this method should be optimized if it is used for real pavement.
