柴油机高压泵螺钉断裂的可靠性研究

摘    要:利用可靠性原理分析了柴油机高压泵螺钉断裂的故障分布及故障模式,实船测量了高压泵端盖埋头螺钉的预紧力及动态载荷,测量结果表明,端盖螺钉组按规定二次对角拧紧,导致动载偏大,从而出现疲劳破坏,问题解决后,疲劳强度计算表明此时螺钉的疲劳强度足够,不会出现疲劳破坏,柴油机可靠性指标有较大提高。

Abstract:By means of the reliability principle, the calculation and analysis have been made for immerging bolt-breaking in the diesel. The method is based on the strain measuring, the beforehand stresses and dynamic stresses of immerging bolts in a high-pressure bump are measured. It indicates that the beforehand stresses are not even if the bolts are fixed according to twice diagonal-line installing. The calculating results of fatigue strength for bolts show that their fatigue invalidation would not happen.At last, the reliablility enhancement of diesel engine is well received.
