普通反渗透膜在新疆铁路沿线高含盐量苦咸水淡化中的应用研究

苦咸水淡化是解决新疆铁路沿线小站淡水问题的主要方法之一。本项目采用普通反渗透复合膜BW30-4040对新疆铁路沿线溶解性总固体约5 000 mg/L的高含盐量苦咸水进行了淡化研究,以期达到国家生活饮用水卫生标准,解决新疆乃至西部铁路沿线小站的给水问题。试验验证了普通反渗透膜的可行性并考察了分离性能随压力变化的影响,确定了最佳运行条件。

Application Study of Ordinary Reverse Osmosis Membrane in Desalinating Performance of Xinjiang Railway High Content Blackish Water

Blackish Water desalination,a major technology for solving the problem of water shortage in Xinjiang railway station has not been widely accepted in the west of China.Desalination experiments of TDS(5 000mg/L) high content blackish water were carried out by using BW30-4040 ordinary reverse osmosis membrane in the small station along Xinjiang railway,to achieve the national drinking water standard,in order to the solving the problem of supplying water for the small station along Xinjiang railway,further in the west of China.The stability of reverse osmosis membrane and influences of operating pressure to permeate flow and desalting rate have been inspected by the experiment.
