摘    要:14 400 t系列船的上层建筑设计为铝合金结构。根据铝合金材料特性及可焊接性,针对铝合金分段焊接难点,阐述铝合金分段的焊接方法、焊前清洁、焊接顺序、无损检测及注意事项等焊接质量控制要点。在实船应用中,结合焊接质量控制要点,铝合金分段的强度和焊接质量得到有效保证,为扩大铝合金在工业领域的应用提供参考。

Abstract:The superstructure of 14 400 t series ship is designed as the aluminum alloy structure. According to the characteristics and weldability of aluminum alloy material, in view of the welding difficulties of aluminum alloy section, the key points of welding quality control on aluminum alloy section such as welding method, pre-welding cleaning, welding sequence, nondestructive testing, and notices are expounded. In the actual ship application, combined with the key points of welding quality control, the strength and welding quality of aluminum alloy section are effectively ensured, which provides reference for expanding the application of aluminum alloy in the industrial field.
