摘    要:以921A调质高强度钢在热传导温度场影响下产生的塑性收缩量为主要研究对象,选取船舶局部典型结构进行片体试验,结合分段建造施工工艺要素进行数据测量。进行数据处理,确定921A钢在建造过程中产生的收缩量和收缩因数,并转化为相应的精度加成因数,最终得到精度补偿量,可为实际船体结构建造策划设计的精度控制提供依据。

Abstract:Taken the plastic shrinkage of 921A quenched and tempered high-strength alloy steel under the influence of heat conduction temperature field as the main research object, the typical partial ship structure is selected to conduct the demihull test, and the data measurements are taken in combination with the section construction technology elements. The data treatment is given, the shrinkage and shrinkage factor of 921A steel during the construction are determined and converted into the corresponding precision addition factor to obtain the precision compensation finally, which can provide a basis for the precision control of actual hull structure construction planning and design.
