摘    要:针对某大型船舶上层建筑整体吊装拟定的3个吊装方案,利用MSC.Patran和MSC Nastran对结构在自重作用下的响应进行有限元分析,对得到的上层建筑应力和变形进行比较,选择最优方案。结果表明,吊点和吊钩的位置与数量均会对结构的应力和变形产生影响。研究结论对后续大型船舶上层建筑整体吊装方案设计具有较强的指导和借鉴意义。

Abstract:In view of proposed three lifting schemes for superstructure overall lifting of a large ship, a finite element analysis on the structure response under the action of dead weight is conducted with MSC.Patran and MSC Nastran, and the obtained superstructure stress and deformation are compared to select the optimal scheme. The results show that the position and number of lifting points and lifting hooks affect the structure stress and deformation. The research conclusion is of strong guidance and reference significance for the design of superstructure overall lifting scheme of large ships.
