摘    要:结合当前船舶建造焊缝检测的主要方式,采用云架构技术,设计研发船舶建造焊缝检测管理系统。论述系统需求分析、系统架构设计和系统功能设置。该系统体现先进造船企业的数字化管理方式,可缩短船舶建造焊缝检测报验周期,减少质量检验工时,降低质量检验管理成本,提高船舶建造焊缝检测能力。

Abstract:Combined with the main methods of current ship construction weld inspection, the cloud architecture technology is used to design and develop the ship construction weld inspection management system. The system requirement analysis, system architecture design, and system function setting are discussed. The system reflects the digital management mode of advanced shipbuilding enterprises, can shorten the application period of ship construction weld inspection, reduce the quality inspection working hours, reduce the quality inspection management cost, and improve the ship construction weld inspection ability.
