纤维对沥青结合料性能改善的研究和分析

摘    要:首先介绍了利用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)对添加纤维后的沥青结合料进行试验分析的成果,这些成果证实了纤维对沥青胶浆的影响。接着在实验室获得的不同的纤维用量对沥青胶浆软化点的影响结果的基础上,应用传统经验公式法对沥青结合料的其他几大指标进行了综合分析,定量地分析了添加纤维对沥青结合料的性能的改变,从而可以通过改变纤维用量调整沥青胶浆的路用性能。

Abstract:Firstly the paper introduces the result of making test and analysis of bituminous bound-materials after adding fiber by dynamic shear flow change meter (DSR). These results prove the influence of fiber on bituminous glue grout. Secondarily, on the base of the result of influence of different fiber amount obtained in laboratory on bituminous glue grout softening point it analyzes comprehensively some other targets of bituminous bound-materials by formula method of traditional experience. At the same time, it quantitatively analyzes the change of the added fiber for bituminous bound-material performance, thus it could adjust the road performance of bituminous glue grout by changing fiber amount.
