四川省城乡交通一体化的交通结构模式研究

摘    要:城乡交通一体化是加快城乡融合,推动交通公共设施向农村延伸、交通公共服务向农村覆盖,逐步实现城乡交通基本服务均等化的重要举措。我国城乡交通一体化的交通结构模式主要由城市公交、城乡公交、农村客运按不同比例构建。根据四川省各地区的地形、经济发展现状,将其分为平原、丘陵、山区三种区域类型,然后针对这三种区域的特点分别探究各自的城乡交通一体化发展策略,并提出确定四川省城乡交通一体化交通结构的关键在于从当地实际及其特点出发,将现有的三种交通方式统筹考虑,合理调节三者之间的关系、发展程度,做到相互协调,共同发展。

Abstract:Integration of urban and rural areas is an important measure to speed up the integration of urban and rural areas, promote transportation infrastructure to rural areas, transportation public service to rural areas, and gradually realize the equalization of basic traffic services. The structural model of integration of urban and rural transportation is composed of city bus, urban and rural bus and rural passenger traffic in different proportion. According to the terrain and economic status, Sichuan province is divided into plains, hills, mountains for three regional types. This paper explores the development strategies of transport integration of urban and rural according to the characteristics of the three regions. It proposes that determining the traffic structure should combine with the terrain of Sichuan Province and the level of economic development, integratedly consider the existing three modes, adjust the relationship and development degree between the three modes from the reality and characteristics in the locality, coordinate the three modes, achieve common development.
