| 摘 要： | 通过调研我国合资铁路公司运营现状及发展趋势，针对厦深铁路惠深段兼顾城际轨道交通项目的特点，从投资方责权利划分的角度分析各运营管理方案的优缺点，并参照目前铁路合资公司清算办法，对各方案进行财务效益分析，提出了可实施性强的方案，供相关决策者参考．
