摘 要: | 碰摩振动是汽轮发电机组常见故障,针对汽轮发电机组碰摩振动现象及机理,基于振动监测与声发射监测的特点对比,提出了汽轮发电机组碰摩故障的声发射监测方法,并通过监测实例验证了其适用性。

Collision-friction vibration failure diagnosis of shipping steam-generator with acoustic emission testing technique |

Abstract: | Collision-friction vibration is the most familiar failure of shipping steam-generators. On the basis oi analysis to the principle of collision-friction vibration and characteristic comparison between the vibration test and acoustic emission test, a comprehensive analysis method to diagnose the collision-friction vibration failure of steamgenerator with acoustic emission testing technique is brought forward and its applicability is proved. |
