| Abstract: | The paper analyzes five contradictions existed in urban planning and construction: the urban planning and actual demand, urban flood control drainage and water lacking, “insufficient road for traffic“ in urban traffic, urban “to dismantle the old“ and “to establish the new“, the construction and utility of the urban infrastructure etc. The paper also puts forward the corresponding countermeasure and measure. |
