| Abstract: | Safety management, operating personnel, safety equipment & facilities and operating environment are the factors which may cause safety accident during the highway operating period. The countermeasures include system management, technology management, safety management and prevention management. Tanghai line emergency rescue plans involve the occurrence of serious traffic accident, fire and explosion accident of fuel vehicle, poisoning accident of toxic chemicals vehicle and natural disasters. |
