| Abstract: | Study by determining the nature and determining the amounts of the components of a substance from aspect such as economics and traffic engineering,reach the causes and conclusions of the congestion pricing.The article proves that congestion pricing should charge how many fee,can reduce how many volume of traffic,the charge goal use and so on.By every aspect theoretical analysis,aim at explaining that congestion pricing is the practical and feasible method of resolving modern city traffic congestion. |
