摘    要:通过对轻骑GS125摩托车车体建立三维实体模型、有限元模型及应力分析后发现,轻骑GS125车体断裂的主要原因是断裂部位安全系数偏低,同时由于断裂部位是焊接区域,易产生焊接缺陷,从而导致该部位出现较大的应力集中;提出了加大车体上管、后尾管、后减震器安装板各自壁厚及同时加大三者壁厚几种结构改进方案。

Abstract:Through a stress analysis of motorcycle body which is undertaken based on the establishment of three-dimensional physical model and finite-element model for Qingqi GS125 Motorcycle body,it is found that the main cause of the fracture of the motorcycle body is the lower safety coefficient at the position of the body fracture,and because the fracture position is a welded area which is easy to produce welding defects and results in producing greater stress concentration in the above-mentioned position.The paper writes that it is better to increase the wall thickness of the body upper tube,rear tail tube and mounting plate for the rear sock absorber and also gives suggestions for some structures.
