摘    要:介绍了HXD1C型机车牵引电机球铁端盖的结构特点。通过采用封闭式浇注系统、增加第二层内浇道,以及冒口配合冷铁的方式,从而有效的解决了铸件存在的夹渣、冷隔、缩松等缺陷,获得了较好的技术经济效益。

Abstract:This essay presents the structural characteristics of ductile iron end cap for type HXD1C locomotive.By means of applying positive-pressure gating system,adding the secondary ingate and cooperating riser and chill,it is efficient that such defects in castings as inclusion,cold shut and porosity are resolved,which brings forth to the better technical economics benefit.
