牛角坪特大桥2号墩薄壁、高墩施工技术

摘    要:牛角坪特大桥2号主墩高98 m,除底部6 m、墩顶1.2 m范围为实体段外,其余部分均为空心薄壁结构,混凝土量15 222 m3。该墩身具有截面面积大、墩高、单次混凝土浇筑方量大以及混凝土级别高、泵送高度高等特点。介绍2号主墩墩身施工技术。

Abstract:The main pier No.2 of Niujiaoping Bridge is 98 m high and all parts of the pier are of hollow thin-wall structure with the exception that the parts of the 6-m height at the bottom and 2-m height at the top of the pier are of solid structure with total concrete volume of all the pier up to 15 222 m3.The pier is characteristic of large cross section area,great height,massive concrete volume of one-time casting,high grade concrete and high concrete pumping altitude.In this paper,the construction techniques for the pier are dealt with.
