电控柴油机用电磁阀电磁场三维有限元分析

摘    要:运用ANSYS软件对电控柴油机用高速大流量电磁阀电磁场进行了三维有限元分析,分析了电磁铁在一定的工作间隙和电流下的静态电磁力特性.讨论了电磁铁的有效吸和面积、线圈匝数、电磁铁极柱数、衔铁厚度和电磁铁磁性材料对静态电磁力的影响.对电磁场有限元计算结果进行了试验验证,结果表明,计算模型具有较高的精度,可用于开发电控柴油机用高性能电磁阀.

Abstract:3D electromagnetic fields FE analysis of a magnetic valve used in the electronically controlled diesel engine was carried out by using ANSYS. At certain air gap and current, static electromagnetic characteristics of the electromagnet were analyzed. Some factors such as working area, coil turns, core number, armature depth and iron material that influence the magnet force were discussed in detail. Experiment result indicates that the calculation is correct, and the finite element model can direct the design of magnet valves because of its relatively high precision.
