摘    要:为满足HEV扭矩响应快的要求,本文研究基于转子磁定向的矢量控制算法并建立仿真模型,仿真结果表明,该方法能够获得良好的动态跟随性;然后对控制器的软、硬件进行模块化设计,为实现异步感应电机矢量控制构建平台;同时,采取多种抗干扰及隔振措施使控制器能够适应HEV的工作环境;最后通过电机台架试验验证,所设计的驱动系统具有扭矩响应快、调速范围宽、综合效率高等特性。

Abstract:To meet the demands of fast torque response on HEV,the vector control algorithm based on rotor magnetic orientation is concerned and the simulation model is established.Simulation results confirm that the proposed algorithm can obtain good dynamic tracking ability.Then a modular design for hardware and software of the controller is presented to construct the motor control platform.The series of anti-jamming and vibration isolation measurements are taken especially to ensure the controller can adapt to the working environment of HEV.The motor test bench is set up for experiments and the results show that the designed driving system has fast torque response ability,wide speed adjusting range and high comprehensive efficiency.
