旧水泥混凝土路面板块再生加工的工程应用

结合旧混凝土路面板块在稳定基层的工程再生利用,从稳定基层要求出发对再生加工工艺进行了简化,探索总结了再生加工的设备配备和工艺,获取了再生集料符合基层集料质量指标,稳定混合料性能满足工程路用要求,实际施工的工程经济成本节约显著,经济和社会效益突出,具有应用推广价值。

Engineering Application on Recycled Producing of Old Cement Concrete Pavment

This paper studied and summarized the recycling processing,equipments and technologies with engineering practices of stabilized base course construction using recycled concrete aggregate.The performance indexes of aggregate obtained with proposed simplified processing technology could satisfy the quality demand of base course and the stable mixture could also satisfy road operating requirements.An obvious economic cost was saved by using the proposed technology that provides significant economic and social benefits,so that the popularization of technology proposed in this paper has very important meaning.
