| 摘 要： | 为探讨糖尿病与牙周病的关系，观察了３２３例糖尿病患者及２００例健康人的口腔卫生状况及牙周指数。结果表明糖尿病组牙周病的发病率，软垢指数，早、晚期牙周炎区段数均高于对照组；病程１０年以上者牙周健康区段数低于病程１０年以下者及对照组，有并发症组早、晚期牙周炎区段数高于无并发症组。结果提示糖尿病可能是牙周病流行的重要因素之一。

| Abstract: | The oral hygiene and periodontalstatus of 323 diabetics and 200 healthy controls weresurveyed in order to study relationship between diabetics and periodontal diseases. The results showedthat the percentage of periodontitis, DI and prevalence of periodontitis of diabetics were all higherthan that of controls. The healthy periodontal regions of over ten years diabetics were lower thanthat of under ten years diabetics and controls. Theprevalence of periodontitis of complication werehigher than that of non-complication. It indicatesthat diabetics may be one the dangerous factors inthe development of periodontal diseases. |
