传统T型轨检小车走行轮结构的改进设计

摘    要:针对传统T型轨检小车走行轮采用外圆环贴合轨道侧面的设计,存在制造与后期维护繁琐、单双轮组件的走行轮不能互换、长时间使用磨损大的问题,提出一种新型的走行轮改进机构,该机构采用3个规格完全一样的走行轮,并设计一定位轮装置代替双轮组件走行轮外圆环的设计,显著提升走行轮在制造与后期维护的简便性以及耐磨性能。通过对定位轮装置中心轴的ANSYS Workbench有限元分析,验证该装置结构设计的合理性。

Improved Structure Design of Traditional Track Inspection Instrument with T-shape Walking Wheel

Abstract:In view of the problems during manufacturing and later maintenance period,the inability to exchange the walking wheels between the single and double wheel component and the severe abrasion for longtime employment,which are existed in the design of the excircle ring plying-up the side of the railway track in the traditional track inspection instrument with T-shaped walking wheel,this paper proposes a new type of improved walking wheel mechanism with three totally same standard walking wheels.One positioned wheel device is also designed to replace the excircle ring of the walking wheel inthe double wheel component for this new mechanism. Both of the simplicity of the manufacturing and maintenance in later period and the wear-resisting property of the walking wheels have been notably improved. Finally,the rationality of the structural design is verified via the ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis( FEA) of the central axis inside of the positioned wheel device.
