吉图珲客运专线总体设计及技术创新

吉图珲客运专线位于东北山区,誉为"东北风景最美高铁",建设方案是采用客运专线还是客货共线是前期研究重点,从运量特征、能力适应性、运输组织、工程投资等方面分析,采用客运专线方案定位准确;为体现出与公路、航空的竞争力,从工程成本与相邻路网适应性分析,研究确定速度目标值采用250 km/h;铁路选线应考虑规划、环保、地质、工程经济等因素基础上综合选线,客站布局结合规划和既有设备合理选择;工程设计的重点是抗冻防寒措施,特别对路基和隧道的工程措施应采取专项设计,保证铁路的安全稳定。

Overall Design and Technological Innovation of Jilin-Tumen-Hunchun Dedicated Passenger Railway Line

Jilin- Hunchun dedicated passenger railway is located in the most beautiful mountain area in Northeast of China. The preliminary study focuses on the choice of a dedicated passenger line or a mixed passenger and freight line. The dedicated passenger line is determined based on the analysis of traffic amount,capacity adaptability,traffic organization,engineering investment and other aspects. In order to reflect its competitiveness with highway and aviation,engineering cost and adjacent network adaptability are analyzed and the target speed is set to be 250 km / h. The selection of the route should address region planning,environmental protection,and geological,engineering and economic factors. Passenger station layout should be rationally coordinated with planning and existing facilities. Engineering design should focus on anti-freezing measures,especially special engineering design of subgrade and tunnel to ensure normal operation of the railway.
