长昆客运专线(湖南段)综合选线设计研究

长昆客运专线湖南段是国家"四纵四横"客运专线沪昆客专的一部分,沿线所经区域环境敏感点多,地形、地质困难,岩溶、地下水系发育,选线设计方案复杂。通过对长昆客运专线湖南段选线设计中一些典型选线案例进行分析及施工运营验证,线路方案设计满足规划要求,同时防范重大工程风险、满足环保要求,做到工程经济合理。提出选线设计应符合通道内路网规划、功能定位,遵循环保选线、地质选线、规划选线、经济选线等综合选线理念,重视施工运营安全。

Comprehensive Route Selection Design for Changsha-Kunming Dedicated Passenger Railway Line (Hunan Section)

Changsha- Kunming Dedicated Passenger Railway Line in Hunan is one part of Shanghai-Kunming dedicated passenger railway line in the domestic railway system of four east-west lines and four north-south lines. There are many environmental sensitive points along the line with complicated topographical and geological conditions and developed karst and ground water,which poses challenges to route selection. The analysis of some typical cases in route selection and the demonstration of construction and operation of Changsha- Kunming dedicated passenger railway line in Hunan prove that theroute selection design satisfies the requirement of planning,serves to prevent major project risks,meet environmental requirements and make the project economical and reasonable. The proposed route selection design is expected to comply with the comprehensive concepts to address corridor network planning,functional positioning,environmental protection,geological and economic conditions and safety in construction and operation.
