高压共轨电控系统印制线路板设计

摘    要:在高压共轨电控系统设计过程中,印制线路板的设计至关重要.现从印制线路板布局、布线两方面入手,针对其抗振性能、散热性能、电磁兼容性能进行分析,提出相应的解决措施.通过线路板样板设计、焊接、调试、装配、试验,证明所采用的设计规则合理、可行.

Abstract:In the design of high-pressure common rail diesel electronic control system,PCB is most importance.This text put forward a way from layout and wiring to enhance the capability of vibrancy,heat and EMC.By way of design,weld,debug and,test,the rule for design is reasonable and feasible.
