摘    要:凸轮轴是发动机配气系统中的关键传动部件,其性能要求较高.中大功率内燃机因生产批量原因,毛坯主要采用棒料车削方式.现通过对工艺技术、经济效益两方面对比,验证楔横轧技术在中大功率内燃机凸轮轴制造应用的可行性.

Abstract:Camshaft is the key transmission component in the engine valve system,so it requires very high performance.Due to production reasons for medium and large power engine,the raw parts mainly adopt the way of machining.By the comparison of the process technology and cost,this paper verifies the feasibility of cross-wedge rolling technology in the production of medium and large power engine camshaft.
