某柴油机呼吸器冒油改进研究

摘    要:针对某柴油机装车后出现的呼吸器冒油问题,进行了分析,并进行了模拟整车的台架试验研究.经过多方案试验对比分析表明:整车机油箱的通气效果不好、机油箱内废气压力高是造成呼吸器冒油的真正原因.通过对机油箱结构进行改进,柴油机装车后呼吸器冒油现象消失,证明所采取改进措施合理可行.

Abstract:This paper analyzes and experimental studies of simulating whole vehicle on the factors that leakage of breather after diesel engine matches the whole vehicle.Multi-scheme experimental analysis reveals that aerating unsmooth and waste gas pressure high in the oil tank on the whole vehicle are the major factor of causing leakage of breather.After the structure improvement of the oil tank,the problem of leakage of breather after diesel engine matches the whole vehicle disappears.The experimental results show ...
