| 摘 要： | 对活塞钢顶重新进行了设计,在钢顶与铝基体之间加入过渡丝网,利用真空扩散焊使钢顶与过渡丝网连接在一起,并通过液压变形的方式使其成形为活塞燃烧室及顶面所要求的形状,该钢顶铝活塞采用挤压铸造工艺来制备.对钢顶与铝基体的结合强度进行了理论分析和计算,对结合部位组织进行了观察,结果表明,利用该方法制得的活塞其钢顶与铝基体之间可以实现很好的机械结合和冶金结合.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the steel crown of piston is redesigned.Transition stainless steel web is added between the steel crown and the aluminum matrix.The steel crown and the transition stainless steel web are joined together by vacuum diffusion welding.And then they are deformed to the shape of piston firebox by hydraulic pressure deforming.Squeeze casting process is adopted to prepare the heat-resistant aluminum piston.The bond strength of the steel crown and the aluminum matrix is analyzed and calculated.And the ... |
