D85推土机燃油系统故障分析与改进

摘    要:为解决D85系列推土机停机一周后无法重新启动问题,对其供油系统零部件结构、材料等方面进行分析研究,发现故障发生的主要因素是浮子油箱密封钢球磨损导致密封效果下降,燃油在主油箱与浮子油箱的压差作用下逐渐充满回油管,并通过打开的喷油器大量进入燃烧室,导致柴油机不能正常着火.采用取消浮子油箱、管路中增加进回油单向阀的系统结构改进方案,提高了密封可靠性,解决了柴油机的启动问题.
