150连杆盖锻模优化设计

摘    要:分析了150连杆盖的锻造工艺性,介绍了锻模(尤其是预锻模膛和终锻模膛)优化设计的要点,有效改善了锻造工艺性,确保150连杆盖成形和超精密级尺寸精度,提高了锻件质量、锻件合格品率、锻模使用寿命和锻造效率,降低了锻件成本.

Abstract:The connecting rod cap 150 of the forging process,the process of greening of the forging process,introduced forging die(especially the pre-chamber and the final forging die forging die bore) design,effectively improved the forging process insured the connecting rod cap 150 formed and super exactitude size precision,improved the quality of forgings,forgings qualified product rate,efficiency and service life of forging die forging,reduce cast of forgings.
