汽车变速器齿轮制造缺陷声频特征的提取，是汽车变速器噪声声故障诊断专家系统准确诊断齿制造缺陷的关键。本文通过齿轮制造缺陷噪声分类测试实验，从齿轮制造缺陷的噪声差谱，分析提出了齿轮制造缺陷的声频特征。

Extraction of Sound Frequency Features of Gear Processing Error in Transmissions

Extracting the sound frequency features is vital for the noise diagnosis expert system to detect the gear processing error in a transmission. In this paper, the method to extract the sound frequency features is detailed. By noise experiments the major sound frequency features are extracted from noise difference spectra. Thus, a program to extract the sound frequency features of gear processing error is developed. Using the sound frequency features extracted a knowledge base for the expert system is created. It is shown that the result of processing error diagnosis coincides with the actual situation.
