| 摘 要： | 汽车变速器齿轮制造缺陷声频特征的提取，是汽车变速器噪声声故障诊断专家系统准确诊断齿制造缺陷的关键。本文通过齿轮制造缺陷噪声分类测试实验，从齿轮制造缺陷的噪声差谱，分析提出了齿轮制造缺陷的声频特征。

Extraction of Sound Frequency Features of Gear Processing Error in Transmissions |

| Abstract: | Extracting the sound frequency features is vital for the noise diagnosis expert system to detect the gear processing error in a transmission. In this paper, the method to extract the sound frequency features is detailed. By noise experiments the major sound frequency features are extracted from noise difference spectra. Thus, a program to extract the sound frequency features of gear processing error is developed. Using the sound frequency features extracted a knowledge base for the expert system is created. It is shown that the result of processing error diagnosis coincides with the actual situation. |
