桥面铺装层高温效应模拟分析

摘    要:为研究高温对桥面铺装层正常工作产生的不利影响,以某连续梁桥为背景,采用有限元模拟分析高温下铺装层各层最大剪应力、路表位移随铺装层温度升高的变化规律.结果表明:铺装层温度升高对路表纵向位移影响很大,而路表横向位移、竖向位移变化相对平缓;高温下同步碎石防水粘结层最大剪应力值较大,易出现剪切破坏;铺装层高温效应沿铺装层深度方向不断减小.

Abstract:In order to study the unfavorable effect of high temperature on the service of bridge deck pavement,a continuous girder bridge is taken as the study background.The finite element method was adopted to simulate and analyze the maximum shear stress of each pavement layer and the variation of deck surface displacement as the temperature rises.The results indicate that the temperature rising of the pavement layer has great influence on the longitudinal surface displacement,but the variation of the transverse and vertical surface displacement is relatively mild;the maximum shear stress of the synchronous gravel water-proof adhesive layer under high temperature is great and is susciptible to shear failure;and the high temperature effect of pavement gradually decreases along the depth of the pavement.
