商合杭、京九客运专线引入阜阳铁路枢纽的方案探讨

摘    要:阜阳铁路枢纽处于规划建设的商合杭客运专线和京九客运专线的汇合处,两条客运专线在枢纽内的引入方式直接影响着枢纽内的工程改造和运营效益,同时也决定着客运专线本身线路条件的优劣和运营质量的高低。本着"提升客运、以人为本"的设计理念,通过对枢纽既有铁路布局及规划客运专线线路的研究,结合枢纽内近远期车流特点,对商合杭及京九两条客运专线线路在枢纽的引入进行了分析论述,研究了商合杭、京九客运专线引入阜阳站和新设客运专线站两套系列方案。并从城市规划配合、既有设施利用、车站及线路技术条件、工程技术经济等方面综合比选,提出客运专线引入枢纽的合理方案。

Discussion on the Scheme for Leading Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou and BeijingKowloon Railway Passenger Dedicated Lines into Fuyang Railway Terminal

Abstract:Fuyang Railway Terminal is situated at the junction of the proposed Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou and Beijing-Kowloon railway passenger dedicated lines. How to lead the two lines into the terminal not only directly affects project reformation and operation efficiency in the terminal,but also determines the line condition and operation quality of both the passenger dedicated lines themselves. According to the design idea of"improving passenger transportation based on people-oriented principle",by analysis on the existing railway's layout and on the proposed passenger dedicated lines in the terminal, and in combination with the characteristics of car flow in the near term and long term,this paper analyzed and illustrated how to lead the two passenger dedicated lines into the terminal,and then developed two sets of systematical schemes with which the two lines would be led into either the existing Fuyang Station or a newly-proposed passenger dedicated line station. Finally,after comprehensive comparison and selection on relevant issues,such as the harmony with urban planning,the utilization of existing facility,the technical conditions of station and lines,the engineering economy,and so on,this paper proposed a reasonable scheme for leading the two lines into the terminal.
