京沪高铁96m先拱后梁钢管混凝土系杆拱桥钢管拱吊装施工技术

摘    要:介绍京沪高速铁路跨锡澄运河96m钢管混凝土系杆拱桥的先拱后梁法施工技术,包括钢管拱肋整体吊装施工、横撑整体一次吊装就位、整体节段同时一次焊接合拢等技术。所制定的施工方案和技术措施经实践证明是切实可行的,可为其他同类型桥梁施工提供借鉴。

Abstract:With the 96m arch bridge with steel-tube-concrete tie rods of the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway across the Xicheng Canal as a practical example,the first-arch-and-then-arch construction method is introduced in the paper,including the integral hoisting construction of the steel-tube arch ribs,the integral hoisting of the transverse struts in place,the synchronous welding closure of the whole sections.All the construction schemes and technical measures made for the construction are proved feasible in construction practice.It may serve as a useful reference for the construction of other bridges of the same type.
