| 摘 要： | 作战指挥的时效性是影响现代战争胜负的重要因素之一，针对作战指挥时效性的特征，运用数学模型探讨指挥时效性指标的定量评估问题。探讨了现代战争中影响作战指挥时效性的必要因素，通过构建理想的指挥系统，模拟计算，并慨括了提高作战系统时效性指标的具体方法，为改善指挥员的指挥方式提供了良好的理论参考意见，对提高海军部队作战指挥效能具有重要的参考价值。

| Abstract: | The time efficiency of operation and command is one of the most important factors influencing modem war.According to this specialty,tiffs paper uses probability model in ration evaluating the time efficiency.It discuses factors influencing time efficiency of op- eration and command in modern war.And it gets useful methods through constructing ideal operation and command system and analogue compute.It can provide good reference idea for commanders.And this theory,has important reference value in improving the command and operation efficiency. |
