基于BikeSim的某摩托车高速操纵稳定性分析

摘    要:针对大排量摩托车高速转向行驶时的操纵稳定性问题,以某1 100型大排量摩托车为研究对象,通过三维扫描技术获得该车型三维结构设计参数,应用摩托车动力学仿真软件BikeSim建立人-机-路环境下摩托车系统动力学模型。对模型分别进行稳态转弯行驶和障碍滑雪式行驶仿真试验,评价其高速转向性能,并将仿真试验结果与道路试验结果对比。结果表明:该车型高速行驶时转向性能优异,且仿真数据结果与道路试验结果基本吻合,对摩托车高速运动特性研究具有一定指导意义。

Abstract:In view of the steering stability problem of high-displacement motorcycles during high-speed steering, the performance of a 1 100 mL motorcycle is tested. The three-dimensional structural design parameters of the motorcycle are obtained through three-dimensional scanning technology, and the motorcycle dynamics simulation software (BikeSim) is applied to establish a motorcycle system dynamics model for human-machineroad environment. The model is used for steady-state turning and slalom-type driving simulation tests to evaluate the high-speed steering performance, and the simulation test results were compared with the road test results. The results show that the steering performance of the model is excellent at high speed, and the simulation data results are basically consistent with the road test results. It has certain guiding significance for the research of highspeed motion characteristics of motorcycles.
